Clavamox can definitely cause gastrointestinal upset in cats.  This can lead to vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea.  I would stop the medication and contact your veterinarian.  If he needs to be on medication they may want to change antibiotics.  It may not be the antibiotic and there may be another underlying cause.  Cats can develop secondary liver disease called fatty liver from not eating so this needs to be addressed now.

Clavamox DID cause severe gastrointestinal upset in my cat; she also threw up bile since her stomach was empty. She's fine now; the antibiotic was changed. Definitely see your vet as mentioned above.

Just wanted to chime in and hopefully save someone the headache I just went through. My 10 year old cat had a respiratory infection so we put her on Clavamox. Infection got better, but she stopped eating. Vet wanted her to stay on the antibiotic just in case. So after blood tests, x-rays, ultrasounds, IV fluid drips, appetite stimulants, tons of different food to try, syringe feeding baby food and $800, I discovered via google that nausea and loss of appetite is a major side affect of Clavamox.... I'm still giving her a morning IV of fluids for a few days to flush her system but just 2 days after ceasing the medication, she TORE UP some cat food I mixed with warm water for a nice broth mixture. I'm extremely relieved yet extremely annoyed that the side effect didn't occur to my vet.....
