I am very concerned about this little dog.  Young puppies that break with diarrhea, vomiting, anorexia, and lethargy become very sick very quickly.  A huge concern is parvovirus.  However any cause of these signs in a puppy can result in dehydration, hypoglycemia, and hypothermia.  These problems can be potentially life threatening.  If at all possible please have your dog examined by a veterinarian.  Some clinics will do payment plans.  Some local shelters run low cost or income based clinics.
Try force feeding Pedialyte, honey, or Karo syrup.  Encourage the puppy to eat--canned food, chicken, etc.  Keep her warm--if you use a heating pad keep it on low and place a towel/blanket between the puppy and pad.  Heating pads can cause severe burns.
I am very sorry you are in this situation--I hope things work out for your puppy.

You should call a vet in your area, or the local aspca.  Did you say it is only 2 weeks old?  Where is the mother of the puppy?  She should be able to know what to do.
Dogs usually know when to eat or drink, or not to.  But the mother of the puppy will have her instinct and do what she needs to. There is also animal poison control hotline  888-426-4435  or online at www.aspca.org Luck  I wish you were close so I could physically help.

Sorry, I must of misread what you wrote, I see the puppy is 2 months old. Still if there is any way to contact the mother that is vitally important. The person that you got the puppy from will understand that the puppy needs its mommy.
