Trauma could explain why your dog has a nasal injury and vomited.  If it is possible your dog was hit by a car, suffered a fall, or may have experienced any other type of trauma have him examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  If the vomiting continues he needs to be examined by a veterinarian.
If the scrape on his nose is very deep or appears it needs stitches then he needs veterinary attention.  A superficial scrape should be kept clean.  Monitor the scrape for redness, discharge, and swelling--this signals infection.  An infected scrape also needs veterinary attention.
