My 5-month old westie just started doing that suddenly today while at the groomer. The vet was there and did an x-ray. She said it can be a problem with the growth plate that will solve itself. But it's weird that it came up so fast and I know the groomer didn't do anything to her. I wondered about a muscle pull but thought that maybe she would wince when the leg was manipulated, but she doesn't. We'll see how she does. She's getting spayed in 5 days, so the vet will recheck her then.
