I think her leg is broken because she can't walk normally.

You should be asking your vet this question and not blurtit members.
Very possible and happens frequently with the smaller more fragile pups like that and from less than a tumble off a bed. You will have to see your vet today, while you are getting ready put her in her kennel to keep her from walking around much until you get to the vet. Hope she's feeling better soon.
