Their normal temperature is generally around 101.9. Above 103 is considered a fever and below 100 is too low and means they are in serious danger except during early labor.
Most drop to around 98 or so shortly before labor and pups usually arrive within 2 to 12 hours of that and if labor does not progress to active hard labor within 24 hours of the drop you should call your vet.
