You have not provided complete information about your dog like how many weeks your dog is pregnant? If she has completed 8 weeks and in the 9 week of gestation then she can start labor any time. These signs of labor are

1. Reduced rectal temperature i.e below 100 ^oF
2. Loss of appetite
3. Agitation
4. Pacing and restlessness

After start of these signs, your dog can deliver puppies within 8-48 hours. If your dog is not at the final stages of pregnancy, then any vaginal discharge is not good sign and require vet visit immediately. Ideally, your dog should get ultrasound to confirm any problem and expected date of delivery. So, take your dog to vet.
