My Pug Has Diarrhea For A Day And A Half. When I Returned Home From Work Today, There Was A Puddle Of Blood And Droplets Across The Floor. Also, Her Tail Is Down. I Gave Her Some Turkey From Thanksgiving. Could This Have Caused Such A Reaction?

It is possible the Thanksgiving Turkey is responsible for your dog's diarrhea.  Dietary indiscretion (eating foods rich in fat, spices, or foods they are unaccustomed to) is a very common cause of diarrhea in dogs.  Diarrhea can be mild and self-limiting but if it lasts longer than 2-3 days or becomes bloody this requires veterinary medical attention.
It is ok to feed her boiled chicken, boiled beef, and boiled rice.  A bland diet can help settle the stomach.
If she starts vomiting, stops eating, or becomes very lethargic she needs to be seen by a veterinarian.
