You mean animals that only have one offspring per successful mating? Humans (or more than one, but I guess it is more common to have one child, than twins and so on...), horses (for the most part, they normally have one foal, but it is possible to have twins), maybe monkeys (just guessing) and that's all I can think of right now XP
