Have you checked petfinder yet? Pulled up quite a few Yorkie's and Yorkie mixes in Georgia and even hundreds of babies over a thousand all total but didn't know your specific area. If you don't see a bunch of perfect ones right away you can check daily, see about waiting lists or look around for a responsible breeder but their pups are going to be more than $200 though worth the expense from the right breeder and you save money in the long run in most cases. Yorkie breed parent club link included as well as some information that's good to know if you're looking for a breeder. Good Luck and happy hunting!

One other thought though you can just keep checking (over 100 a day flood into ONE of my nearby shelters) until one you are interested in comes along, maybe do the waiting list and do any pre-approvals before with a rescue or two to make things faster, check with any national breed rescues listed at the Yorkie parent club if you are wanting to adopt instead of buy from a good breeder. Heck, sometimes the good breeders need to adopt out retirees, rescues and pups that someone couldn't keep too.

If you need your fix now you could consider checking into volunteering however your schedule allows even if it's once or twice a month (if it takes that long) and you are likely to move up higher in considerations and know when they come in AND do a good deed in the process. Another thing to look into might be fostering, most rescues are in desperate need. That way the one that belongs with you may literally end up right in your lap!

You could discuss that with the rescue when they are checking you out as a foster and really help out in the process. That way you may be able to just say that you'd like to keep this one or whatever. Not all rescues are created equal but worth looking into. It may be something you really enjoy doing in the long run though seeing them go can be hard. :-)
