Not unless your vet says it's okay and you follow their instructions exactly and they are monitoring. Depending on the underlying cause it may be the completely wrong thing to do and make things worse. There is also the fact that medication, given by us on purpose thinking it's okay and accidentally ingested are the number one cause of poisoning and poisoning deaths in our pets. OTC does NOT mean safe so never give your pet anything without talking to your vet. There may also be something about your pup or the situation specifically that means something shouldn't be given or a dosage should be changed even if they've been on it before.
