When was your cat neutered? While 60% of the cats will stop showing aggressiveness immediately following the procedure, 20% need a few days to show changes and a final 20% will not be affected by the procedure at all.
Separate your cats for the next few days to see if your male cats just taking a few days to respond to the testosterone changes. If there is no change in a week or so, then you should ask your vet for medicines that can be used to calm your cat. The last solution would be to permanently remove one of the cats from the household.
