A baby rabbit is called a kitten or kindle. They are often affectionately called as bunnies which refer to young domesticated rabbits. Rabbits generally live for 6- 12 years and are very friendly playful pet animals. Proper ventilation is required for the rabbits to prevent respiratory problems in the cage.
