Don't drain it yourself because you might not be having sterilized needle for the drain. Doctor is the better choice. After draining apply topical antibiotic and take ant allergy medicines.

It may not be a spider bite at all, it could be MRSA and very serious, do not touch it , MRSA is contagious. SEE a Doctor
