Yes of course, not only dogs but cats and almost every animal does catch a cold. Take your dog to the nearest vet and ask for the antibiotics for your dog. Donot worry.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE ABOVE STATEMENT - Dogs do not catch colds - A dog or puppy with cold-like symptoms (respiratory, bronchial, coughing or sneezing) is usually an indication of something else - like the beginning of a possible bacterial infection or virus ... It's best to be worried and take your pet to the vet to be checked. DO NOT GIVE ANTIBIOTICS unless instructed by your vet. Keep your dog or puppy warm & dry and minimise walking in extremely cold weather for long periods.

I have a 2 wk old puppy with a runny/stuffy nose. I am now using a bottle to fed him. Should I be worried about my puppy? I have clean his nose out because he seems to have trouble breathing through it.
