It is very possible that puppies that are too large for her can kill her while in labor or even during the later pregnancy. What kind of dog is she and what was she bred with?!

Most definitely... Although that weight spread isn't as bad as many. you need to keep on top of things to make sure she come through ok.. Please read my previous post on this subject...
