You can mate/breed them, but you should at least wait until the female is in her 3rd heat cycle, or is over 2 years of age.

You can, BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN YOU SHOULD. Purebred means nothing, AKC means nothing unless you have top quality lines. Any dogs worth breeding should not be bred until after age 2, after they have had their hips exrayed. In Germany dogs are NOT bred unless they have a title and are breed surveyed. DO NOT BE A BACKYARD BREEDER. You do not know enough to breed dogs.
