Your dog is 11 years of age. At this age, arthritis is common which can cause walking difficulties. Other possibilities are
  1. Hip dysplasia
  2. Reduced neurological control on limbs
  3. Reduced flexibility of joints
  4. Disc degeneration
  5. Cartilage damage
  6. Bone tumor
  7. Injuries
  8. Musculoskeletal problems
Fur lose in dogs is always due to underlying cause. This can be due to
  1. Skin parasites
  2. Food allergies
  3. Contact allergies
  4. Allergies to mold and pollutants
  5. Fleas/lice infestation
  6. Hormonal imbalance
  7. Autoimmune skin diseases
  8. Ringworm
  9. Bacterial infections
Treatment depends upon underlying cause. In my opinion, you should take your dog to vet for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
