It really depends....How long has she been pregnant about? If it has been around 2 months or 59-65 days, then she probably is about to go into labor. Watch for signs of restlessness like tearing at her bedding, grunting, moving around a lot, panting, etc. Noticing the milk is a good sign, just make sure that when you express it it looks white and not yellow. If it's yellow contact a vet. Just because you notice milk coming out doesn't necessarily mean she will whelp soon. I've had females leak milk as much as a week or more before they delivered. Good luck to you and your dog. The welping process is an amazing thing to witness and be a part of. Just make sure you don't upset your female and only be present if it doesn't seem to agitate her. It makes them real nervous to have a bunch of people around during this process. So, keep her in a comfortable  place - preferably a welping box that is equipped so that the mother can birth the puppies and then safely clean and nurse them without accidentally crushing them. Provide heat lamps (for after the pups are born) if your dog is kept outside or in an unheated shed or detached garage. ONLY assist her and be around if she seems to have trouble or if your presence is comforting to her. Make sure that once she has the first puppy she tears it out of its sack immediately or it may die. I have even had to help the mother along with the first 1-2 pups until instinct took over and she did it herself. I know its kind of gross, but get some gloves and paper towels and newspaper and try not to think about it. Sometimes, depending on the dog and the breed it is perfectly normal that the mother may lose one. She also may eat one if it is not thriving or if she know that something is wrong with it. Good luck and feel free to ask anything else. I'll help as best I can.

Have your dog examined by a veterinarian.  Milk is not produced until late in pregnancy right before delivery.  Mammary glands can be produce milk when dogs experience a pseudopregnancy.  The gestational (pregnancy) period of dogs is 63-66 days.  Have your dog examined by a veterinarian to make sure your dog is pregnant and not experiencing a false pregnancy.

Nipple growth is a good indicator that your dog is going through pregnancy changes. The nipples of an unbred female are usually quite small, and the area immediately beneath them is flat. However, once a pregnancy is in progress, breast material will develop beneath the nipples, which will also increase sightly in preparation for eventual milk production.

Milk production will begin in earnest and colostrum, the first milk, can be gently expressed from the nipples, sometimes leaking a bit on its own from the 7th week of pregnancy and onwards.

If your dog is leaking breast milk, then you should take her for one final vet checkup, and start preparing for the puppies by setting up a whelping box.

Sounds like she is pregnant.  Some dogs can get milk in right away and some might not til the end.  I think dogs are pregnant for like 65 days. You may want to ask the vet.  Don't squeeze the milk out though.  It can cause the dog to go into premature labor.
