The should get along wonderfully if they are neutered.   We had two males that were raised together, and they behaved like kittens for years. Cuddling, playing, and grooming each other.
They were adorable, and we enjoyed watching them over the years.
Both of them also got along well with other cats.  It was as though they were not as solitary as
other cats we had, and knew.
They were also neutered when young.
If they are not, they most likely will fight when they get older.  Cats can reproduce at six months. They may become aggressive, or wander off if they are not neutered. Your vet will tell you the best time to have it done.
Our vet does not like to do it, especially spaying, before twenty weeks.
The surgery is simpler for males, and not as expensive.

I highly recommend adopting two kittens at once.  I have recently did so again.  This time,
a brother and sister needing a home.  They adjusted to being away from their mother just fine, and keep each other company when we are not home.  It is said it really cuts down on mischief and destruction, too.

Best of luck to you and the bros!

Because they were born together they will get along but if not grown together they will find it hard to like each other.
