Puppies have eyesight comparable to adult dogs at the age of 7-8weeks. Their vision is not properly developed during the first 3-4 weeks after their birth. It becomes well-developed by 4-5 week.

Puppies open eyes at about 10 day old, but they are not fully focused till about 3 weeks old.
Mine opened their eyes 2 weeks later.
