Can I Feed My Puppy Raw Carrots?

Raw meat is the best thing for my dog. My dog was on those dog food like hill, Purina and she was always sick , So I started feeding her Raw meat with a mix of vege's && fruit! Such as collie flower,Carrots and straw berries. And she looks very healthy && The vet also agrees! But not all vet agree .
