Not unless they are going to long if they r then use baby clippers but be very careful.. Another way is put sandpaper down on their wheel or something n it will get them down fast..

You wont really need to, but if you do, cut the nails with nail scissors, but don't cut the paw, there's a lot of blood.

Of course you need to cut their nails. All you people should be shot. A hamster is just like any other animal and needs to be cared for and groomed. You can take the hamster to a vet to have it done or you can do it yourself. It usually takes two people but YES YOU NEED TO.

Certainly not! There exists absolutely no need to cut a dwarf hamster nails. You can cut its nails when it has matured well in a physical aspect.
