Giardia can cause yellow poop in dogs. Giardia are tiny Protozoan parasites
that can invade the intestines and result in severe yellow diarrhea. Giardia is caused by stagnant water that the dog drinks. A vet will use a stool sample and place it under a microscope to check for the parasite. Depending on the whether or not the giardia is present will determine the course of action.
