My dog ate a whole bag of tootsie rolls and never once was sick... He did it a few times.... Still alive at 13...
If you go to peteducation.com you can find a list of human foods that could be harmful to dogs. The whole site is worth exploring while you're there - it also has a section on the best foods to give your dog.
If you feed your dog chocolate it might be sick for a couple of days. Only if you feed it a whole chocolate bare or something it might be really sick because my dog ate chocolate and after that he wouldn't eat his dog food. So please don't feed your dog chocolate.
Human chocolate is really really bad for dogs.... It can even kill them if they eat loads of it.
Chocolate is number one, raisins and grapes are not good for them not going to die though, any type of small bones are bad as dogs don't chew much. Larger bones (leg, ham bone etc.) are fine though.
Chocolate, onions, grapes and their dried versions - raisins, sultanas and currants, garlic in excess, cooked bones.
I know that grapes are poisonous for dogs also.
Chocolate, Onions, Raisins & Chicken Bones....very, very bad.
All types of oily foods..
Chocolate, it's poisonous to dogs. Peanuts, dogs can choke on peanuts.

I've a pet dog. The dr has asked us not to give salty food to dogs
Chocolates are the worst my friend gave her dog chocolate and the dog died in that hour!
It's not good to give a dog pork or chocolate. The pork will give her worms and the chocolate will kill her.
I only know 'one' thing...don't "ever" give your dog raisins...they are fatal to dogs.....
Grapes, raisins, chocolate, avocado, rhubarb, onion, carbonated drinks and many more I'm sure. If you google it you will find more of what you are looking for.
Onions, chocolate, grapes, raisins, avocado, and more. Those are the only ones I know of, but if you google it, you should find what you're looking for.
Chicken bones WILL kill you dog! They splinter in their stomach and it is a PAINFUL death! PLEASE do not feed them to your dog!!!! I learned the hard way!

Actually, every night when I eat dinner, I make my dog a small plate of it as well. Occasionally I find something that doesn't settle well with her. Don't feed them poultry bones (they are hollow and will splinter), a little garlic is fine (check with your vet for the amount) in fact, it helps kill fleas and worms. Do not give chocolate, onions, or nuts of any kind. Meat and rice is fine (in fact, when my dogs are nursing, I feed them a mixture of rice, dog vitamins, and canned dog food). Be careful with mashed potatoes. Some dogs can't handle the texture and they will throw it up. Try to steer clear of junk food, but the occasional piece is all right (I give my dog a piece of sweet on the holidays and when I make biscuits (cookies) I make some that she can eat. If you want, you can email me at [email protected] and I can give you some recipes that are safe for dogs. And definitely avoid caffeine and alcohol!
Grapes, and chocolate. The vets I talk to say it is bad to give your dog any scrapes. Just stick to dog food, dried, canned or a combo. I use to feed my dog nightly the table scraps, and now since there is so many things that I was unaware of - it is easier to just not feed anything of ours.
Someone said give a dog chicken bones? Insane. I have a big dog (80 pounds) and I make sure every chicken bone is removed from the house after dinner, if that's what we're having. Those bones fragment easy and could cause choking. Seriously, why take the chance. Our vet told us "dog food" and that's what she gets. Dogs don't need people food.
Well I know one thing never feed a dog chocolate but I know that peanut butter is very food for dogs, I have heard from vet ppl that giving a dog peanut butter it is very good for their coat
It has to be 6 weeks old to be away from its mother, it may be better if you put a blanket with the mother and fathers sent on it so it wont cry when you put it in a kennel.
