Generally this cross in theses two breeds the ears tend to flop, I myself have this type of dog and allthough he has the Alsatian height/markings he does have the rottie ears and docked tail. You can expect your dog to grow to somewere between 30-35 inches, my 2 yr old Alsatian rottweiller comes to just below my waist and I'm 5ft 10" and weighs 35kg. I only got ben at 10mths old out of a pound and allthough he was crazy at first far to over friendly bouncy and no sence of danger he is forming into an excellent tempered, smart, easily trained dog however I wouldnt recommend them as a guard dog if mine has anything to go by. Two friends and a few family members jumped my fence of which he had never seen any of them and he may aswell have shown them were the tv was.
Most likely if his ears point upwards now it will stay upwards
Every dog is different. Depending on if it got more of each parents genes, the ears could point up or droop downwards.
Its ears will point down I used to have one before he past . When you see picture most pictures they are down but on saying that my dog was keep with 3 other Rottweilers and guess he was fitting in
