If she's throwing up AND has diarrhea, she could be sick and needs to be checked by a vet. See if she'll eat a few saltine crackers (unsalted is fine too). That should 'bulk' her up in her intestines. As for throwing up, maybe a little (say 1/2 cup) of cooked ground beef mixed w/ cooked white rice.
