One of my rabbits has a red, swollen eyelid too. It may be because she is newly bonded with our other rabbit and he is a little overenthusiastic about licking her eyes! But it may be an infection or an underlying cause so the best thing to do is get her to a good rabbit vet, and I think that's what you guys should do too.
