Why Is My Dog Walking Funny?

How old? It's really hard to say...it sort of sounds like a really bad ear infection; one could be throwing off her sense of balance, which would make her walk funny. Sniff around her ears for a really bad smell; if it reeks, you can be pretty sure that's it.

Take her to a vet as soon as you can; if you think it's expensive now, it only gets worse as they get sicker.

That doesn't sound like an ear infection to me, that sounds like an issue with maybe the spine or neurological issue or maybe an issue with her shoulder and definitely like a more serious problem and she is in severe pain. It could be lots of things but sounds pretty bad and like your pup needs to see a vet now. The sooner you see the vet the better for her and usually your wallet. I hope she's okay and feeling better soon.
