When I see what you wrote, my brain IMMEDIATELY screams at me one word : PARVO. You have NO choice but to take this dog to a vet immediately. Parvo is an intestinal virus that will most likely kill your dog unless treated. PLEASE take your dog to the vet. Most vets will work out a payment schedule so you don't have to pay it all on the spot. PLEASE take your dog to the vet !!!
I saw this answer at Yahoo answers for the same question your asking, so I'm posting it here for you to see. Yeah I agree you should take it to the vet asap. The vet might even give you a discount if you don't have much money. It might not even be that bad, but you and your dog will feel so relieved once you find out what's going on. Good Luck.
