The reasons which might caused rash in your dog can be as follow
  1. Allergic reactions
  2. Injury
  3. bacterial infection
  4. if you are using plastic bowel to feed or water him then this can be a reason because plastic can cause allergy. Change to stainless steel container.
To get proper diagnosis and treatment of your dog, visit a vet.

The bumps are infected ingrown hairs. If you pop one like a pimple you will see that a tuft of hairs will come out with the pus. You might need to pop the major bumps and put medicine on the area. Very difficult to cure because dogs will get them from laying on floors. Dogs get them where they lay their chin or elbows on the floor and the hair rubs off to shorter stubby hair which becomes ingrown. The most permanent preventative is to get your dog a very soft bed that they would prefer to lay on other than the floor that would let their hair grow back.

I don't know if my dog's is the same as yours, but he has one bump under his head (under mouth) and it has a really thick hair growing from the center of it..... I hope someone responds with an answer, because it sounds like we are both dealing with the same problem.

For the first one, according to my research.. It seems to be acne, yes, acne. For the second one, I have the same problem. However; I have not been able to find a concrete answer. I found other symptoms, but none of the descriptions were specifically displayed.

Hello I also have a Labrador Retriever (American) and it's normal for a dog to have some small bumps here and there around their face because these bumps are from their whisker follicle's. But usually they are the color of your dog's normal skin color not pink or brown unless their skin is these colors. But if they aren't normally colored it could be something else for example: If you have another dog they might of fought with each other and she just has some sore bite marks that are inflamed or it could be something else in which I would recommend probably taking her to your vet and having them look at the bumps. Hopefully this information has helped you some.
