My Dog ,5y11m GSD Has A Pink Patch On His Upper Lip. I Thought At First That It Was A Wound From A Chase When He Does With His Friends But When I Had A Closer Look It Is A Bit Thicker, Like A Solid Blister. It Looks Like Growth Of Some Kind. What Do You Think?

This needs to be examined by a veterinarian.  It could be a cyst, abscess, foreign body (like a piece of a stick or grass awn), wounds, or tumor.  A fine needle aspirate should be performed (a small needle is inserted into the mass to collect cells for examination under the microscope) to identify this lesion.  Once it is identified appropriate treatment can be started.  It may need to be surgically explored or removed.
