It is only normal if there is a bit of blood due to the mucus plug which comes out before going into labour. Otherwise, no, this is not normal and you should try to get her to a vet as soon as you can. Transport her in a box with a blanket to keep her warm

My cat did not bleed before she gave birth....she began by having a bean sprout looking thing come out, then went to a soggy gushy looking one......when heavy labour began she almost looked as though she was puking out her butt in her abdominal area
