What Can Give My Dog For Upset Stomach?

If you dog is vomiting, and not showing any other signs of illness like diarrhoea, lethargy or depression you can care for your pet at home.  ItWhhold food for 24 hours.  Allow water, and you can use lectade or other rehydration solutions.  If all goes well, reintroduce a low fat, highly digestible diet like chicken and rice.  Wean your animal back onto it's normal diet over the next couple of days.
If the vomiting persists or your animal shows signs of being unwell you should seek veterinary attention.  

I have a pet pug thats nine 1/2 years old and a 4 year puggle and they both eat their own feces
and they some times throw  up afters they do . I have given the Excel Deter coprophagagia treatment  for their stomach will gurggle and sometime they throw  up.
Does it hurt to give thems tums for upset stomach.

Let your dog outside and eat grass, that is what my dog does.

My puppy would go outside and eat grass and then would get sick and feel fine , though I took her in and found it to be worms , so you may call a vet and see if you should take your dog in before giving anything but water
