Your dog can take Benadryl but after approval from your vet because all medicines either over the counter or prescription can cause side effects in dogs but when these medicines are used under the supervision of vets then side effects are minimum. Benadryl can treat allergy. Your dog needs to be investigated for causes of sinuses.
