Yes,dogs can get stomach viruses! Most of these are due to another illness, but can be caused by the food they eat which may not agree with them or the food was out ot long and was tainted (sompthing like our food poisoning). Also parasites may be the culprit as well as other illnesses you will want to see your veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.
