My mini schnauzer ate a pork bone. She has thrown up 3 times now. She went to the bathroom and popped normally. Yet, when she throws up she takes out small pieces of bone?

It's good the bone fragments are coming up, any vet will tell you just keep a eye on her if you see a deterioration in her health than you might want to take her to the vets, but watch for any signs of blood that she may bring up, dark tar stools, or if she appears to be laying around not eating than you want take her to the vet.
