Honey, there may be several reasons she is having breathing problems. So, in this case, I would definitely not try to figure out yourself what is causing this. She needs to be taken to the vet. My little dog was having breathing problems. I took her to the vet. I kind of have an intuition about things and I just told them I wanted her X-Rayed. (She had other problems other than labored breathing.) Well, it broke my heart and she'll be okay, but probably not live as long as she could; but she had a narrowing of her trachea, an enlarged heart and enlarged liver. So she's on special medications now. It may be in your case, that she just needs something for allergies or asthma. But I'd definitely get her checked out to make sure you know what's wrong instead of just guessing about it yourself. Better safe than sorry...always with our little four-legged babies.
