What Happens If A Dog Eats A Lizard?

I had Malamutes once, they'll eat almost anything with little or no ill effect ever

I have Bull Terriers now, they'll eat almost anything with very varied effects sometimes they'll puke, sometimes they won't -I think it depends on the obnoxiousness of what's been eaten ;-)
