Oh dear, I bet she smells appealing! It will be fine to bath her now; no problem at all, just be a little gentle with her teats.

The puppies will know her smell by now, so they will not be upset if she smells a little different when she gets back to them. If they were younger it would be best to use a very mild shampoo so that her scent isn't masked, but in this case I think masking is the best option!

I am sure they will be very happy if she smells better than she does now :-)

I once had a white poodle who was a bit of a tomboy. As soon as I bathed her she would go outside and roll in the mud, she hated to be clean.

I bet the puppies are adorable, I would love to see them. I'm sure mommy dog is gorgeous too and hopefully she will soon smell just as gorgeous.
