When a dog is feeling ill it will eat grass to make itself sick .  It may be a bit confused at being pregnant, so just try to reassure her by petting and use soothing sounds to her .  She should soon settle down , but if not it may be worth a visit to the vet to rule out anything more serious .

A possible pregnancy wouldn't have much to do with it at this point unless there was some complication to the breeding or an infection or something like that. Dogs will sometimes eat grass to help induce vomiting if they have an upset tummy. What is her temperature? If it's over 103 you should call your vet.
The basic guideline's are; If they vomit more than three times in an hour or 6 times in 8 hours call your vet or emergency clinic to discuss it as you may be seeing signs of a more serious issue that they need to be seen for sooner rather than later.
If they are vomiting more sporadically than already mentioned but continues for 24 hours or there are other symptoms such as fever, lethargy, diarrhea, indications of pain or discomfort outside of just before or just after vomiting, have a bloated belly, signs of dehydration, pale gums, sudden excessive drooling or anything along those lines you should call your vet.
If the vomit is black, looks like coffee grounds, contains blood, is green with no signs of grass ingestion (often with a fowl oder), is blue or purple or other strange color (some poisons now contain dye for easier identification), seems like stool, has a very fowl oder ect. You should give the vet or emergency clinic a call to discuss the issue and your pup may need (is likely for most) to be seen for a more serious issue than just an upset stomach.
Hope she's okay and it's just a minor bug or something and nothing more serious.
