What's her due date? Each dog is different. At the appropriate number of days into the pregnancy you begin taking temperature and it will drop to around 98 (it does go back up though). At that point there will be pups within 24 hours or there's a problem. If you haven't kept track it is actually a little different for each dog. They usually don't eat that day but some will, they may stick close or hide. They may pace a lot. They may dig at their whelping area a lot. Nesting. Acting weird in general.  Has she lost mucus plug and has her water broke? Once the water breaks birth is VERY soon or there's a problem. After the water breaks if there aren't pups soon you need to call your vet (see link). Dark or green fluid and no pups call your vet. A break of more than 2 hours in between pups call your vet. The pups delivered don't match closely with the ultrasound or x-ray call the vet (they are usually within 1 or 2 if not completely accurate). If she seems in distress, call your vet. She needs to deliver a placenta with each puppy which is usually right after, if not call your vet. She can eat a few but too many will give her diarrhea. Concerned about anything, call your vet. Here's a few resources for you.    http://drnelsonsveterinaryblog.com/2009/01/01/canine-labor--when-to-call-the-vet.aspx?ref=rss  www.americanboxerclub.org  www.dogbreedinfo.com  www.dogbreedinfo.com  www.dogbreedinfo.com  www.learntobreed.com  www.dogfoodanalysis.com  www.diamondsintheruff.com  http://wonder-puppy.com/puppy-parents/puppy-development-stages

Her privates will begin to swell. She will probably not be as active....she will start settling in a safe spot to have her babies. If her milk has dropped then it should not be too long either. Sometimes a dogs milk can drop a week before she has her puppies. Watch for signs. Good luck!
