At one month of age puppies should still be nursing from their mother.  If this is not possible feed a combination of puppy milk replacer (available at a veterinary clinic or pet store) and puppy food with water added to make gruel.  Puppies need to be fed multiple times a day at this age; I would feed the puppy 4-5 times a day.  If you are having any problems with this puppy seek veterinary attention immediately--they are fragile at this stage of development.

Softened food, atleast 3 times a day, clean up uneaten food so you can monitor the intake. AND, right after eating if you tell your puppy to go potty , every time, take it to the right spot in the yard, it will train easily. Remember to worm every 2 wks until 4 mo old, puppy shots start at 7-8 wks, you can do it yourself through Dr's Foster and Smith catalog or from your local livestock supply for less money than the vet ($5 vs $30)

Puppy should still be nursing but if mother is not still nursing then you can buy a puppy formula at your local pet shop (pet smart) carries it. The puppy should be able to lap if you put it in a bowl. Get a good quality puppy food and soften with water and feed 4-5 times daily. Check with your veterinarian about vitamins that it is not getting from the mother's milk. Unless the mother is deceased or not nursing a puppy should not leave it's mother until it is at least 6 to 8 weeks old, the smaller the breed the longer it needs to be with it's mother.

Please never feed regular milk- this is tolerable to humans but NOT FOR PUPPIES!
(And milk for humans is also unnecessary- as milk contains all kinds of crap from cows, you wouldnt be sucking on a gorilla's tit would you?)

PLEASE GO TO A VET! The internet isn't a reliable source. A vet needs to examine your puppy!!!!!!

Use an ink dropper or even a small baby milk bottle is fine.

Feed diluted milk every 3 hours. I suggest that you find a vet and take feedback

Can't think what you're doing with a 4 week old pup. Did you buy it. If so the 'breeder' should be shot. At the very least I would report them to your local Animal Welfare society.    Puppies should not leave their mother til at least 7 weeks of age.    The reason why cowboys let them go earlier is that after 4 weeks they would have to start weaning them, i.e. Providing 'bought' food for them. Also they would have to clean up after them since the bitch will no longer do that.    If the puppy has been orphaned or rejected, the breeder should themselves bring the pup up.    However, you seem to have this tiny thing to rear.    I'm 4 weeks late replying to this so at 8 weeks old the puppy should now be on a good, LOW protein (18%) puppy food, mixed with a little minced meat. The puppy should be fed 4 times a day.    You MUST get yourself a decent book on owning and rearing a labrador. You will have many other queries that you must handle correctly as time goes by.
