It sounds like an allergy of some kind. I would call your local vet and ask what you can try that will help, or what they think. It could be something else. Make sure your dog is eating and drinking plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. The bumps may go away on their own. Have you gave your dog anything new to eat? Or has he/she got into something maybe? You can also contact your local pet store, they may know of something you can try also. Good luck.
