Is Hassling Normal In A Dog The Day After Giving Birth?

Can you be a bit more specific, Is it the dogs first litter? Any other symptoms?
If it is not the first litter, and this behavior continues, talk to your vet. Is the dog running a fever? Are the puppies nursing OK or are they hassling as well? Are the puppies gaining weight?
