A lazy eye? Do you mean you have a pup that is wall eyed? Common in breeds like pugs and others? We call it wall eyed because their eyes look more towards the walls on either side than towards the front and no that doesn't usually correct itself though you may want to have it checked out to be sure it isn't a sign of a problem or pressure building up within or behind the eye to be sure.
