What Is A Starfish's Gestation Period?

I found one reference that says it varies with water temperature.  That was from the early 1900's.  There's a nice page on starfish reproduction at

perhaps there will be another Ph.D. In starfish studies.  The page owner got his for starfish feeding patterns.
