Do Pregant Dogs Sleep A Lot?

Yes , my dog is pregnant and all she does is sleeps but were concerned about her like she is only 9 months old & she is already pregnant & we don't leave her outside at all . We have 3 dogs & one of our dogs is the dad & he is 2 yrs old . My mom is really scared that she might die because supposively they say their dogs ae suppose to have their babies the second time they have their period . So can something happen to my dog ?

Yes.because so they can get healthier for when they are born.
