You need to de-flea mom, the nest and surrounding area. You can move the nest or clean it with soap and bleach. Spray the area well or flea bomb it. The puppies I would bath in pomeolive dish soap. It kills the fleas if you work it for 10 mins or more. You could also lather them and then wrap in a warm wet cloth to wait the 10 mins. Rinse them well and while towel drying have handy a qtip and some Johnsons baby oil. Seems to instantly paralyze the fleas so you can pick them off. Even though you may have bathed them well, fleas love to hide in the eyes, nose, mouth, and any other hole or crease. Once you are sure everything and everyone is free of fleas you can place them back together. Make sure you use a flea treatment on mom to eliminate any future guests.
You can always check with your vet for a flea dip for mom and pups. But the bed and surrounding area will have to be meticulously treated to avoid re-infestation.
