Hey my 6 month year old puppy also had the same symptoms. He was incessantly scratching and had red bumps, especially in the underbelly side. I took him to the vet today and the vet told us that he's developed a food allergy. She gave him a jab, anti-histamins, antibiotics and a medicated bash shampoo.
